Speedy Hire Chief Exec Named IoD’s North West Director of The Year

Steve Corcoran, the Chief Executive of Haydock-based Speedy Hire, has been awarded the North West Director of the Year accolade at the Institute of Directors’ annual North West Director of the Year awards, which took place at the City of Manchester Stadium.
Imran Hakin of Bolton-based ITeddy won Young Director, and Modus Group founder Brendan Flood won the Manchester Director of the Year award. ANS Group’s Scott Fletcher was named as Manchester’s Young Director of the Year, and a Chairman’s Special Award for services to the region’s business community was given to Anil Ruia of Bolton-based Wrengate. Debbie Pierce of The Bury Black Pudding Company won the IoD’s Winning Women Award.
